☁️ THE DESIGN LASTS AS LONG AS THE SHOE DOES SO TREAT THEM WITH CARE
☁️ Keep away from any harsh chemicals
☁️ Scratch resistant: product is able to withstand minor scratches
☁️ Water proof: product can be gently washed
☁️ If the laces area is painted, please be gentle when tightening the laces to avoid damage
☁️ Avoid long time hot temperature exposure/humidity
☁️ Avoid wearing for runnings/sports

✅ The painting process is better than our competitors: The right room temperature, the right 0'6 brushes, the right amount of layers and curation time is what defines us and the processing time.
✅ Preparation: Each sneaker contains a layer of protectant that competitors will paint over. This is completely wrong as paint will crack over time hence we deglaze the protectant layer to reach the original surface and paint and seal it.

Where do you purchase Nike sneakers from?
All sneakers are bought by my boyfriend at retail price from Nike, Culture Kings, Hype DC and FootLocker. All custom sneakers are packaged in the original box.
Is your sizing chart unisex?
Yes. Simple, select your size or check from our unisex size guide on product page.
Do you paint sneakers that are not displayed on your site?
Yes. Send me a reference image of the custom sneaker to help me understand your painted colors. Further, I can add a name, initials, or date to your custom sneaker too.
How do I protect my painted sneakers?
Every order is packed with an aftercare card that helps prevent damage and tips on best way to take care of them.
What are the shipping prices / time it takes to paint my sneakers?

Can I return my sneaker if I order the wrong size?
Due to the nature of the sneaker being hand painted I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. However, refunds can be accommodated in certain situations!
How durable are my custom sneakers?
We did an initial 2 year test and no cracking or fading has occurred if followed our aftercare tips.
Custom Request
What is a custom request?
Custom requests may include (but are not limited to) changing the colour of a design, creating a new design or adding additional personalisations. Depending on the complexity of the design, custom requests may require more time to hand-paint thus increasing processing time.
Custom requests are subject to demand, available materials and complexity.
How do I enquire?
For all custom requests please contact us via email found on our contact page and include the subject line as "Custom Request".
Please include the following where applicable:
- Reference photos of the design or colour you want
- Correct spelling of any words, dates or initials
- Placement of design on the shoe
- Shoe type
- US Shoe size
Can I get a quote?
Yes, once all required details have been outlined or discussed with our team you will be given a quote. Quotes are based only on the design, shoe type and shoe size. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
